Jill "J BELLINI" Smith was an "amateur" bartender prior to COVID-19. She decided to take a shot at becoming a mixologist, and she did not disappoint. What started out as a hobby & stress reliever rapidly grew into one of her life's passions. She enjoys people, their stories, and creating an environment where people feel relaxed. "
